Home made muesli (no sugar) with milk, juice or yoghurt, home made crumpets with jam or cheese.
Chick pea scrambled 'eggs', tomatoes, mushrooms & beans.
Chick pea pancake with hummus & roasted tomatoes.
Full fry up with homemade pork sausages, no additives & homemade gluten free waffles.
